Well, I’m still looking for work. On the bright side, I’m getting a better idea of what I want to do. But since this doesn’t seem to be going very quickly, I will probably end up at a coffee shop before long. Staffing agencies are looking like a good option too, at least to get myself working. Also, there’s a job fair coming up on the 18th, lots of companies will be there so it should be good.
The types of positions I’ve found the most appealing so far run in the range of “project manager” or “producer.” In either case, throw “associate” or “assistant” in front and I would still be happy. As far as industries, there are none I would say no to if the company and job were good. But, I have always been interested in the video game or software industry which would be great to get involved with. My most important goal now, regardless of the position or industry, is to get experience.
